Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 500 grams chicken

  • 2 tablespoon Schezwan sauce

  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon lemonade

  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1/4 spoon turmeric powder

  • 1 tbsp curd

  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour

  • Salt 2taste

Directions

  • 01

    Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients for 60 minutes

  • 02

    Deep fry the chicken in a kadai on medium flame for 10 mins or till it's cooked

  • 03

    Serve with tomato sauce and mayonnaise
