Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 500 grams cooked rice

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 4 chopped garlic

  • 2 chopped Chillies

  • 2 chopped onions

  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce

  • 1 tbsp Chili sauce

  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

  • Salt 2 taste

  • 1 tsp Chings schezwan fried rice masala powder

Directions

    In a kadai, heat oil and butter

  • 02

    Add garlic chillies and onions.

  • 03

    saute till the onions are cooked

  • 04

    Add chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar. Mix well.

    add Chings schezwan fried rice masala powder

  • 06

    Add rice and fry well till the rice is hot.

  • 07

    Serve with tomato sauce and scrambled eggs
