Method :
š Heat 2 - 3 tbsp of ghee and add a cardamom, a cinnamon, 2 cloves, 3 curry leaves , few mint leaves and 1 big thin sliced onion. Fry till crispy brown.
š Add a bowl (serves 2) of left over rice and saute well for the rice to coat well with the ghee. Once hot remove from flame.
š½ Serve it with butter chicken, dal tadka, tomato chutney.
