Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 3 tbsp ghee


  • 1 cinnamon


  • 1 cardamom


  • 2 cloves


  • 3 curry leaves


  • 5 mint leaves


  • 1 thin sliced onion


  • 300 gms left over rice


  • Salt 2 taste

Directions

Method : šŸš Heat 2 - 3 tbsp of ghee and add a cardamom, a cinnamon, 2 cloves, 3 curry leaves , few mint leaves and 1 big thin sliced onion. Fry till crispy brown. šŸš Add a bowl (serves 2) of left over rice and saute well for the rice to coat well with the ghee. Once hot remove from flame. šŸ½ Serve it with butter chicken, dal tadka, tomato chutney.
