  • 2 cup boiled rice

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 tablespoon corn flour

  • 1 tablespoon all purposes flour/ maida


  • Take a mixer/ grinder jar and pour boiled rice and blend very well
  • Pour all the rice on a plate make sure your plate is greased with butter/ ghee and take 1 tablespoon of cornflour and 1 tablespoon of maida and knead and form it like dpugh
  • Make balls of rice dough and the take a pan and pour our sugar and 2 cup of water when it starts boil take on low flame and pour our balls on it bake it for 15 minutes and your rasgulla is ready
