Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 3 cups basmati rice washed & soaked

  • 2 cups Mutton Stock

  • 1 tsp garam masala pwdr, salt to taste

  • 5-6 mint leaves

  • 2 green chillies chopped

  • 1/2 cup fried onions for garnish

Directions

  • 01

    in a pressure cooker add the rice in mutton stock, 1 cup water,salt, green chillies, mint leaves & garam masala pwdr. cook for 3-4 whistles or until done.

  • 02

    garnish with fried onions & Serve hot with Mutton gravy
