Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Full fat milk - 3/4 cup


  • Heavy cream - 3/4 cup


  • Caster Sugar - 3 tbsp


  • Salt - 1 pinch


  • Vanilla extract - 1/4 tsp


  • Gelatin - 1/2 tbsp

Directions

  • In thick bottom pan take milk and sprinkle gelatin over it.
  • Switch on the flame and keep mixing.
  • Once gelatin is mixed properly add caster sugar and keep on mixing bubbles should not come.
  • Switch off the flame add vanilla extract, salt, heavy cream and with help of hand blender mix it.
  • Now pour intp ramekins and refrigerate for 4-5 hours or over night.
  • To demould from the ramekins place the ramekins in hot water for 10-15 seconds and it will come easily.
  • Top it with blackcurrant compote or any other flavour of your choice.
