In thick bottom pan take milk and sprinkle gelatin over it.
Switch on the flame and keep mixing.
Once gelatin is mixed properly add caster sugar and keep on mixing bubbles should not come.
Switch off the flame add vanilla extract, salt, heavy cream and with help of hand blender mix it.
Now pour intp ramekins and refrigerate for 4-5 hours or over night.
To demould from the ramekins place the ramekins in hot water for 10-15 seconds and it will come easily.
Top it with blackcurrant compote or any other flavour of your choice.
