Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 2 cups flour

  • 2 tspn baking powder

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

  • 3/4 cup powder sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup milk

  • 100 ml oil

  • 4-5 tbsp orange tang powder

  • for chocolate mousse: 2 boxes-bluebird instant chocolate mousse powder

  • 4-5 tbsp cold milk

    Method :for tang orange cupcakes: preheat oven to 200c . Grease muffin tray & line with paper baking cups. in a mixing bowl combine butter & sugar until light & fluffy. add eggs & beat until creamy & smooth . add flour, baking pwdr, tang powder & milk. mix well for a smooth batter. pourthe mixture in the greased/lined muffin tray . bake for 9-10 minutes or until light golden on top. it's done when skewer inserted comes out clean .

    for chocolate mousse frosting : in a mixing bowl combine instant chocolate mousse powder with whipped cream powder & add cold milk. beat the mixture until stiff & smooth. refrigerate for 5-10 minutes. transfer the cream in a piping bag with desired nozzle & frost the cupcakes.
