  • Capsicum...1

  • Carrot...1

  • Wheat flour...1cup

  • All purpose flour...2cup

  • Cucumber...1

  • Butter...2cube

  • Chat masala...1tspn

Directions

    Make a dough of wheat,flour,salt,oil & required water.Cover it & keep aside.

    For potato preparation,cut it into lengthwise & coated with corn flour & red chilli powder.

    Heat oil & deep fry it.

    Fried potato is ready.

    For honey chilli sauce,heat 1tspn oil, add chopped garlic cloves, dry red chilli, ginger paste & honey.Fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.Cool it then & make a paste of it mixing with 3 tspn water.

    Again heat 2tspn oil,add chopped onion, green chilli, carrot & capsicum.Cook it till soft.

    Add fried potato, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, honey chilli sauce, salt & sugar.Toss it & cook it for 5 mins.Its ready now.

    For chapati, take a portion from dough, roll it & fry it slightly with oil.

    Spread tomato chilli sauce over it & put honey garlic potato mixture in the centre of chapati.

    Put some chopped cucumber, sprinkle chaat masala & salt.For extra spice, add chopped green chilli & tomayo sauce.

    Now take a roti jala or tawa grill & grill it for few minutes.You can shallow fry also. Yummy home made Franky is ready.
