1 bowl idli batter
2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese grated
2 tablespoons boiled corn
2 tablespoons finely chopped spinach
1 teaspoon Black paper powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
Firstly spread Butter in dosa pan than spread Idli batter.
After that spread Spanich, corn, chesse, black pepper, salt and cook it on low flame.
Then fold it like purse and cut it into from center in two parts.
Served it with sauce or Chutney.
