Recipe of Caramalised Onions and Mushroom Bites: Whosayna.... 1) Puff pastry 2) 4 Onions (slices) 3) 1 cup Mushrooms (slices) 4) 1/2 Capsicum (jullienes) 5) 1/2 cup Mozarella Cheese

...Braise mushrooms in butter till nicely browned up, add capsicum n toss, remove on a platter... In same pan add little oil and keep on flame add onions n 1 tsp sugar, caramalise the onions till browned up... Remove on same platter let it cool down then toss all with mozarella cheese and keep aside... Cut puff pastry in squares n roll slightly press in centre with yor thumb, brush with beaten egg and bake on 200 C till creamish brown color remove and top up with mushroom mixture and bake till cheese melts...
