  • 3 carrots


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 pinch pepper powder


  • 3 drops lemon juice


  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves

Directions

  • Grate carrots
  • Add salt and pepper powder
  • Add lemon juice ( this is optional as some do not like the smell of carrot)
  • Garnish with coriander leaves
  • Plate it and eat it
