Ingredients

  • 2 cups basmati rice

  • 1 cup paneer cut into cubes

  • 1 cup boiled green peas

  • 1 tspn grated ginger

  • 2 tblspn crushed garlic

  • 6 pcs garlic cloves

  • 1 tspn soya sauce

  • 1 tspn crushed black pepper

  • 1 tblspn salth or as per taste

  • 1 tspn vinegar

  • 2 tblspn ghee

  • 2 tblspn butter

  • 1/4 th cup fried spinach leaves

  • 1/2 cup corriander leaves

    First soak the rice for half and hour then boil it till 80% done Fry chopped paneer Now take a big wok add butter and desi ghee Now add chopped garlic and grated ginger let it cook now add garlic cloves saute it for a minute now add rice to it Mix this rice mixer slowly otherwise rice wil broke Now add salt to taste add boil matar and chopped fried paneer now add soya sauce vinegar and cover it for 10 min in slow flame or till it done or cook it's ready to serve.garnish with fried palak leaves and coriander leaves.
