Preheat oven to 180 and grease donut mould
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar salt and baking powder
In another bowl, blend egg, oil, buttermilk, mango puree until well combined
Add Dry ingredients and mix until well combined
Pour batter in greased donut mould. Fill upto 2/3 level
Bake for 16-18 minutes until done
Allow to cool for 30 minutes. Demould and allow to cool completely
While donuts are baking, prepare mango glaze. Puree chopped mangoes. In a saucepan mix mango puree and icing sugar until mixture thickens and coats on back of spoon
Allow mixture to cool slightly. Coat mango donuts with mango glaze
Garnish with sprinklers or nuts. This is optional
