Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 2 cup idli batter


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 cup palak puree


  • 1/2 cup carrot puree


  • 1/2 cup beet puree


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 1 eno sachet


  • 1 tsp oil for tadka


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 10 curry leaves


  • 1 tsp chana daal


  • 1 tsp urad daal

Directions

  • Take battar and devide in three parts
  • Add three purees in three devided battar
  • Add salt and baking soda
  • Make tadka by heating oil adding mustard seeds and curry leaves
  • Add tadka in battar
  • Now finally add eno in battar
  • Grease idly moulds and pour battar in moulds cook in steamer for 20 min.
  • Cool a little and serve with chutnies
