Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cup boiled rice


  • 1 cup onion long cut


  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds


  • 2 tbsp sessam seeds


  • 1/2 cup fali


  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 3 green chilli chopped


  • 2 1/2 cup curd


  • 1 tbsp biryani masala


  • 1 pinch orange red colour


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 cup cauliflour chopped small piece


  • 1/2 cup potatochopped


  • 1/2 cup peas


  • 1/2 cup paneer cubes


  • 2 tbsp kaju


  • 1 lime juice


  • 1/ 2 cup dry coconut

Directions

  • First take a pan heat oil
  • roast the fali,khopra,til and half cup onion
  • Till light brown
  • Now take a mixer jar beat roast ing.
  • Now put this ing in curd
  • Mix well
  • Now fry veggies,paneer and kaju
  • Now put fry veggies in the curd mixture
  • Add garlic paste and salt
  • Now take a pan heat ghee
  • Spread rice layer
  • Spread veggies layer
  • Again spread rice layer
  • Again spread veggies mixture
  • At the last spread rice layer
  • Spread orange red colour water
  • Spread coriander leaves
  • Keep it low flame for 10 min
  • Now serve with curd or chutney
