Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 2 cup boiled rice

  • 1 cup onion long cut

  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds

  • 2 tbsp sessam seeds

  • 1/2 cup fali

  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 3 green chilli chopped

  • 2 1/2 cup curd

  • 1 tbsp biryani masala

  • 1 pinch orange red colour

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1/2 cup cauliflour chopped small piece

  • 1/2 cup potatochopped

  • 1/2 cup peas

  • 1/2 cup paneer cubes

  • 2 tbsp kaju

  • 1 lime juice

  • 1/ 2 cup dry coconut

    First take a pan heat oil

    roast the fali,khopra,til and half cup onion

    Till light brown

  • 04

    Now take a mixer jar beat roast ing.

    Now put this ing in curd

    Mix well

    Now fry veggies,paneer and kaju

    Now put fry veggies in the curd mixture

    Add garlic paste and salt

    Now take a pan heat ghee

    Spread rice layer

    Spread veggies layer

    Again spread rice layer

    Again spread veggies mixture

    At the last spread rice layer

    Spread orange red colour water

    Spread coriander leaves

    Keep it low flame for 10 min

    Now serve with curd or chutney
