Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 tablespoons oil


  • 1/2 onion finely chopped


  • 1 chopped carrot


  • 5-6 beans chopped


  • 2 tablespoons capsicum chopped


  • 3-4 tablespoons bell pepper chopped


  • 1-1.5 tablespoons schezwan sauce


  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


  • 1 tbsp vinegar


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • 2 cups cooked rice

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute onions for 2-3 minutes
  • Add beans and carrots and saute for 2-3 minutes
  • Add capsicum and bell pepper, saute until they are tender but crunchy
  • Add schezwan sauce, vinegar, pepper and mix well
  • Add rice and salt. Stir gently until rice is well coated with sauce
  • Garnish with spring onions and serve hot
