Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats flour


  • 1/2 cup soya flour


  • 1/2 cup jowar flour


  • 1/2 cup curd


  • 2 tsp butter


  • 2 tsp Salt


  • 1 cup methi leaves


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 3 tbsp pizza sauce


  • 2 tbsp chop onion


  • 2 tbsp chop purple cabbage


  • 2 tbsp yellow bell pepper


  • 2 tbsp chop tomato


  • 2 tbsp green capsicum


  • 1/2 cup Mozrella cheese


  • 2 tsp chilli flakes


  • 2 tsp oregano


  • 1 tsp pepper powder

Directions

  • Take all flours in a bowl
  • Add methi ginger and chilli
  • Now add spices
  • Chop all vegetables
  • Make dough and cover and keep aside
  • Then devide dough in equal parts
  • And roll down
  • Butter it and spread pizza sauce
  • Grate cheese
  • Mix all veggies and salt
  • Add veggies on pizza
  • Sprinkle flakes,oregano and pepper
  • Bake for 15 -20 min.at 180 degree in preheated ovan
