For filling :
Soak the soyabeans in boiling water for 5 minutes. Then squeeze out the water from soyabeans
Heat the kadhai, put 2 tbsp oil in it and sauté the soyabeans for 2 minutes. Keep them aside on a plate.
Again put 4 tbsp oil in kadhai , add cumin seeds, and add chopped onions. When the onions will turn golden - brown add ginger - garlic paste to it.
Stir it, after few minutes add Chopped tomatoes. Then add jeera powder.Add hung Curd. Put the sautéed soyabeans and boiled corns in it. Stir it for 2 minutes.
Add 3-4 tbsp water and stir for 2-3 minutes.
Now take a Roti, wrap it like a cone and fill the Roti with soyabean filling.
On the top put tomato ketchup and a cucumber slice. Similarly make other Roti wraps.
