Preheat the oven to 200 degree centigrate
Add the potatoes in an oven tray
Season them with dried thyme, pinch of salt, 1 tsp pepper and 1 tablespoon of oil
Make sure all of them are covered with spices and oil
Roast them for the next 20 minutes
Heat the remaining oil in a skillet over medium heat
Add the onion, saute till golden colour
Then add the chicken cook for 6 minutes
Add red and green belpeppers, chillies , pinch of salt and season with chilliflakes
Add the tomato paste, stir, and leave it on for 2 minutes
Take out the roasted potatoes and top them with the cooked chicken
Now for the bechamel sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan
Slowly add the flour, while vigoriously whisking, so it can be absorbed into the butter
Pour the milk and keep whisking until the sauce become smooth and thick
Add pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper, mix it
Turn off the flame. Pour the sauce over the chicken
Slide the tray into the oven for the next 20 minutes
When bake is complete serve with sliced apple and chopped mangoes in a plate
