Ingredients

Serves 10

  • 240 grams whole wheat flour

  • 200 grams fine sugar

  • 7-8 tablespoon ghee

  • 50 grams roasted,mixed nuts powder

Directions

  • 01

    melt 4 tablespoon ghee in a non stick pan and add the wheat flour to it

  • 02

    sauté or dry roast on Low heat until the flour turns golden brown ( would take a good 10-12 minutes)

    after about 5 minutes of roasting, add mixed nuts and mix well

  • 04

    once the flour changes colour, take off heat and let cool

  • 05

    while still warm, add the sugar and remaining ghee (to bind the mixture well)

    create laddoos while the mix is still warm but slightly cool enough to handle

  • 07

    store airtight after the laddoos cool completely
