Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp peanut butter


  • 2 wheat flour tortillas


  • 2 ripe medium banana


  • 1 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds


  • 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder to sprinkle

Directions

  • Spread peanut butter over tortillas
  • Place banana on top of tortillas. If required sweet, you can always mix honey or Nutella with peanut butter before applying over tortillas.I skipped it
  • Roll the flatbread and seal edges with peanut butter
  • Slice into pieces, sprinkle sesame seeds and cocoa powder over sushi, optionally cinnamon can be used instead of cocoa
  • Servs, this is healthy and delicious
