Preheat the oven to 200C. Grease and line a baking tin , in a mixing bowl combine all the cake ingredients & mix into a smooth batter. pour the cake batter in the greased tin & bake for 10-12 minutes or until the top is hrm to the touch and a skewer inserted into the centre ofthe cake comes out clean. when done transfer the cake on a wire rack & let it cool down. crumble the cake in a bowl & keep aside.
for whipped cream : In a large bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks arejust about to form. Beat in vanilla and sugar until peaks form. Make sure not to over-beat, cream will then become lumpy and butter-like. transfer the cream in a piping bag (with star nozzle)
final assemble : remove seeds from cherry and transfer the cherry syrup in a bowl. place the crumble cake in a glass & pour 1 -2 tbsp of cherry syrup all over. place some cherries on top & frost it with whipp cream . repeat the same for the remaining cake crumble. (u can also add choco shavings).. serve chilled !!
