  • Rice 1cup


  • Apple cut in cubes 1/3 cup


  • Cinnamon stick 1


  • Tej patta 1


  • Cumin seeds 1tsp


  • Salt 1 tsp


  • Dry mango powder 1 /2 tsp


  • Coriander powder 1 tsp


  • Garam masala powder 1/3 tsp


  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp


  • Biryani masala 1/2 tsp


  • Ghee 2 tsp

Directions

  • Cook rice 80%
  • Then take a wok..
  • Add ghee in it
  • Then add cinnamon ,tej patta ,cumin seeds in it..
  • Then add apple pieces in it..
  • Mix it well
  • Then add all spices in it n mix it well
  • Then add rice in it n mix it well
  • Then cover it n cook it for 10mins on slow flame
  • N serve hot..
