Marie Buiscuts 15-20
Fresh cream 100 ml
Dark chocolate 50 gm
Melted butter 2 tbsp
Directions
Make small pieces of Marie buiscut.
Mix melted butter in it.
In a springfoam mould level the buiscut. Keep in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
In a heavy bottom pan warm the fresh cream and pour over the dark chocolate and mix it well, till no lumps left.
Pour the ganache over the buiscut layer and refrigerate it for 2 hrs till set.
Serve with whipped cream on it.
