Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 1/2 cup Cooked rice

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

  • 8 nos black olive

  • 10 nos green olive

  • 1/2 cup Chopped coloured bell peppers

  • 1 tsp crushed pepper

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 tsp Chilly flakes

  • 12-15 nos fried potato sliced

  • 1 tsp butter for grease

Directions

    Grease the baking dish with butter. Place the rice in the baking dish for bottom layer.

  • 02

    Then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the rice for second layer. Arrange the potato slices on the mozzarella.

    Following by the bell peppers, chopped piles. Again spread cheese and sprinkle all the dry spices and salt

  • 04

    Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 230degrees.
