Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup rice flour


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp cummin seeds


  • 1/4 tsp food colour of your choice( optional)


  • 1/3 cup water


  • 1tsp oil

Directions

  • In a vessel take water, add cummin seeds, oil ,salt and food colour
  • Let it boil
  • Once it started boiling add rice flour and start no stop mixing
  • Low the heat and cook on sim fir 1-2 mins
  • Take out n let it cool
  • Take a plastic sheet apply oil and roll the papad
  • Spread on cloth or on Plastic .
  • Sun dry for 2-3 days
  • Fry in oil and enjoy any time.
