Ingredients

Serves 4

  • paneer cut into squares as shown in pic 100 gms

  • coriander leaves 1/2 cup

  • mint leaves 1/2 cup

  • green chilli 2-3

  • garlic 2-3 cloves

  • hung curd 1/2 cup

  • salt 1 tsp

  • cornflour 1 tablespoon

  • oil 1 tablespoon

Directions

  • 01

    make a paste using coriander leaves,mint leaves,garlic and green chilli

  • 02

    add hung curd,salt,green paste,oil and cornflour together

  • 03

    add the paneer pieces and make them well coated

  • 04

    take a non stick pan and shallow fry both the sides for 2-3 mins or grill them

  • 05

    serve hot
