Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1. 1 cup moong dal soaked

  • 2. ½chopped onion

  • 3. ½ chopped tomato

  • 4. ½ chopped kakdi

  • 5. ½ chopped cucumber

  • 6. ½ tsp salt

  • 7. ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 8. ½ tsp chat masala

  • 9. 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 10. For train - 1 red bell pepper

  • 11. ½ cucumber

  • 12. 4 toothpick

  • 13. 4 - 5 mint leaves

  • 14. 4 - 5 mad angels for crunchiness

Directions

    In a bowl add chopped onion, cucumber, tomato chat masala, black pepper, salt, lemon juice and mix well.

    add pre soaked moong dal and mix it.

    for train - cut the bell pepper into the centre.

    cut the round slices of cucumber.

  • 05

    now arrange the cucumber slices with toothpick for train's wheel.

    fill the train with high protein moong dal salad.

    garnish with mint leaves and Mad Angles. Serve it.
