Heat ghee/oil in a kadhai, add the whole garam masalas, followed by sliced onion.
Once translucent, add the ginger garlic paste and chilly paste.
Add the chicken pieces and fry. Then add the curd, khoya and stir. Then add the salt and lemon juice.
While this is cooking, par boil the rice in milk water and salt.
Strain the rice and add to the chicken. Close the lid and cook it on a low for for 15 minutes. Rest and serve
