Ingredients

  • Grated paneer - 1 cup

  • Chopped bell peppers - 1/2 cup

  • Chopped onion - 1

  • Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp

  • Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp

  • Shahi jeera - 1/2 tsp

  • Bay leaf - 1

  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp

  • Cooked basmati rice - 1.5 cup

  • Ghee/refined oil - 1 tbsp

  • Salt - 1 tsp

Directions

    Heat a kadhai, with some ghee/oil. Add bay leaf and Shahi jeera followed by chopped onion.

    Once it is translucent, add the ginger garlic paste and saute for few minutes.Then add the powdered masalas and salt.

    Cook till masala is almost done.Then add the chopped bell peppers and stir.

    Then add the grated Paneer and give it a mix. Add the cooked basmati rice and mix it. Serve.
