Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Grated paneer - 1 cup


  • Chopped bell peppers - 1/2 cup


  • Chopped onion - 1


  • Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp


  • Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp


  • Shahi jeera - 1/2 tsp


  • Bay leaf - 1


  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp


  • Cooked basmati rice - 1.5 cup


  • Ghee/refined oil - 1 tbsp


  • Salt - 1 tsp

Directions

  • Heat a kadhai, with some ghee/oil. Add bay leaf and Shahi jeera followed by chopped onion.
  • Once it is translucent, add the ginger garlic paste and saute for few minutes.Then add the powdered masalas and salt.
  • Cook till masala is almost done.Then add the chopped bell peppers and stir.
  • Then add the grated Paneer and give it a mix. Add the cooked basmati rice and mix it. Serve.
