Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rice flour

  • 1 /2 cup maida

  • 1/2 cup pwd suger

  • 2 cup milk

  • 4 cardamom pwd

  • 1/2 cup almonds chopped

  • 1/2 cup pista chopped

  • 1 pinch baking soda

  • 4 tbsp Oil for frying

  • For rbdi ,,1 liter milk

  • 2 cardamom pwd

  • 1 cup suger

  • 1/4 cup custerd pwd

Directions

    First seive the maida,rice flour and baking soda

    Take a bowl put seive maida and rice flour

    Add pwd suger

    Add milk

    Mix well make better

    Add some almonds and pista

    Keep a side for 30 min

    Take a pan heat oil

    Make malpua help of spoon

    Deep fry till golden brown

    Take another pan boil the milk

    Add cardamom pwd

    Boil it when it comes half

    Add custerd pwd

    Mix well

    When it becomes thick rabdi is ready

    Take a serving trey

    Keep malpua on it

    Spread rabdi on it

    Spread dry fruits
