Cooked basmati rice - 1 cup
Boneless chicken - 100 gm
Chopped carrots - 1/4 th cup
Chopped beans - 1/4 th cup
Chopped spring onions - 3 tbsp
Chopped garlic and ginger - 1 tbsp
Chopped green chillies - 2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Ajinamoto (optional) - 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
Refined oil - 1 tbsp
Heat little oil in a nonstick kadhai. Add the chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies.
Once they start smelling, add chopped chicken pieces. Fry them for about 2 minutes.
Then add the chopped vegetables and stir. Add salt and cook with lid on till veggies ate done.
Add Soy sauce, Ajinamoto and stir. Add the cooked basmati rice and mix.
Cook for few minutes and then serve.
