Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Cooked basmati rice - 1 cup


  • Boneless chicken - 100 gm


  • Chopped carrots - 1/4 th cup


  • Chopped beans - 1/4 th cup


  • Chopped spring onions - 3 tbsp


  • Chopped garlic and ginger - 1 tbsp


  • Chopped green chillies - 2 tsp


  • Salt - 1 tsp


  • Ajinamoto (optional) - 1/2 tsp


  • Soy sauce - 1/2 tsp


  • Refined oil - 1 tbsp

Directions

  • Heat little oil in a nonstick kadhai. Add the chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies.
  • Once they start smelling, add chopped chicken pieces. Fry them for about 2 minutes.
  • Then add the chopped vegetables and stir. Add salt and cook with lid on till veggies ate done.
  • Add Soy sauce, Ajinamoto and stir. Add the cooked basmati rice and mix.
  • Cook for few minutes and then serve.
