Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cup moong dal milli


  • 1/2 cup rice socked


  • 1/2 cup daliya socked


  • 1/2 cup bajra socked


  • 7 to 19 leaves spinach chopped


  • 1 carrot chopped


  • 2 tometo chopped 1/2 bowl bottle gourd


  • 2 green chilli chopped


  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 1 tsp turmric pwd


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp Salt


  • 1 tbsp ghee

Directions

  • Take a cooker heat ghee
  • Add rai ,jeera
  • Add all veggies
  • Saute it till 5 min.
  • Add rice ,dal,daliya,bajra
  • Add all masala and salt
  • Saute it for 2 min
  • Add 3 cup water
  • Close with lid
  • Whistle it 3
  • Than open the lid
  • Beat it with dal ghotni
  • If water is less you add water
  • Mix well
  • Keep it slow flame for 5 min
  • Spread coriander leaves
  • Now enjoy the diet khichdi
