Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 2 cups white rice


  • 4 1/2 cups sugar or as needed


  • 4 eggs


  • 8 cardamom pods


  • 3 1/2 cups thick coconut milk


  • 3 1 /2 cups thin coconut milk

Directions

  • Soak the rice for an hour.
  • Grind the rice along with the eggs and thin coconut milk.
  • Powder sugar and cardamom.
  • Add to the Grinded rice mixture.
  • Mix in the thick coconut milk.
  • Adjust the sweetness.
  • Sieve it thrice using a fine colander.
  • Steam for 30 minutes.
  • Slice and serve once cooled.
