Ingredients

Serves 10

  • 2 cups white rice

  • 4 1/2 cups sugar or as needed

  • 4 eggs

  • 8 cardamom pods

  • 3 1/2 cups thick coconut milk

  • 3 1 /2 cups thin coconut milk

Directions

    Soak the rice for an hour.

  • 02

    Grind the rice along with the eggs and thin coconut milk.

  • 03

    Powder sugar and cardamom.

  • 04

    Add to the Grinded rice mixture.

  • 05

    Mix in the thick coconut milk.

    Adjust the sweetness.

  • 07

    Sieve it thrice using a fine colander.

  • 08

    Steam for 30 minutes.

  • 09

    Slice and serve once cooled.
