Heat butter in a pan.
Add onions and fry until translucent.
Add ginger garlic paste followed by chicken.
Saute for 2 minutes.
Add all the veggies, pepper and chilli powder.
Cook until the chicken is done.
Add in the ketchup, soya sauce, lemon juice and coriander leaves.
Leave it aside.
Cook 200g of basmati rice in boiling water and drain.
Similarly cook the noodles and drain.
Layer as follows:
Layer rice in the bottom of the serving bowl.
Top it with boiled noodles.
Then spread the prepared chicken masala.
Serve it with chilli mayonnaise sauce.
