1cup moong sprouts boiled and crunched, 2 boiled mashed potatoes, coriander leaves few, salt to taste,1/2 tsp garam masala powder, 2 tsp besan, red chilli powder if needed, bread crumbs to coat, oil for deep frying
Directions
Mix all the ingredients well, shape the tikkis in desired shape and deep fry them. Serve with ketchup or chutney.
