Take the flour in a mixing bowl and add spinach puree,salt and oil.
Knead a semisoft dough like we make for parathas.
Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.
For the stuffing take a tbsp of oil in a pan.
Add ginger chilli paste and saute.
Now add the capsicum and saute for 2 minutes.
Add blanched broccoli florets and saute.
Add salt and pepper powder.Mix well.
Add grated cottage cheese and mix lightly.
Add oregano,mix and take off the gas.
Take a small ball from dough and roll into a roti.
Put to roast on tawa and roast lightly on both sides till brown spots appear.
Our spinach tortilla is ready.Now apply a tbsp of tomato ketchup on it evenly.
Sprinkle some grated cheese in center and then place the broccoli stuffing.
Fold from both sides to form a wrap.
Roast again on tawa with a tsp of oil.And our healthy spinach broccoli wraps are ready for the kids.
