Spinach And Broccoli Wraps

  • 1 & 1/2 cup wheat flour

  • 1 cup spinach puree

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • For stuffing:1 cup broccoli

  • 1 cup mix capsicum(red,yellow,green,)

  • 1 tsp ginger chilli paste

  • 100 gms cottage cheese

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese


  • Take the flour in a mixing bowl and add spinach puree,salt and oil.
  • Knead a semisoft dough like we make for parathas.
  • Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • For the stuffing take a tbsp of oil in a pan.
  • Add ginger chilli paste and saute.
  • Now add the capsicum and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add blanched broccoli florets and saute.
  • Add salt and pepper powder.Mix well.
  • Add grated cottage cheese and mix lightly.
  • Add oregano,mix and take off the gas.
  • Take a small ball from dough and roll into a roti.
  • Put to roast on tawa and roast lightly on both sides till brown spots appear.
  • Our spinach tortilla is ready.Now apply a tbsp of tomato ketchup on it evenly.
  • Sprinkle some grated cheese in center and then place the broccoli stuffing.
  • Fold from both sides to form a wrap.
  • Roast again on tawa with a tsp of oil.And our healthy spinach broccoli wraps are ready for the kids.
