Mix flours and rawa in a bowl
Add ginger, salt pepper, green chillies, onions, curry leaves, coriander leaves and cumin seeds. Mix well
Add beaten curd and water. Mix well to form smooth batter. Keep it aside for 20 minutes
Stir batter and again add required water to form thin flowing consistency Batter
Heat tawa, pour laddle of batter and spread
Drizzle oil on sides and centre
Once dosa roasts to golden brown. Flip and cook
Fold dosa, serve with chutney
