Ingredients

Serves : 15
  • 1 cup Ragi flour


  • 1 cup rava


  • 1/2cup rice flour


  • 1/2 cup curd


  • 2.5 cups or more water


  • 1 teaspoon salt or as per taste


  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


  • 1 green chillies finely chopped optional


  • 6-7 curry leaves finely chopped


  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds


  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 1 inch ginger finely chopped


  • 1 small onion finely chopped

Directions

  • Mix flours and rawa in a bowl
  • Add ginger, salt pepper, green chillies, onions, curry leaves, coriander leaves and cumin seeds. Mix well
  • Add beaten curd and water. Mix well to form smooth batter. Keep it aside for 20 minutes
  • Stir batter and again add required water to form thin flowing consistency Batter
  • Heat tawa, pour laddle of batter and spread
  • Drizzle oil on sides and centre
  • Once dosa roasts to golden brown. Flip and cook
  • Fold dosa, serve with chutney
