Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup instant oats or 1/2 cup oats flour


  • 2 tbsp besan


  • 1/4 cup rice flour


  • 1 cup yoghurt


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 2 cups or less water


  • 2-3 tbsp finely chopped onion


  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 1 tbsp grated carrots


  • 2 tbsp wheat flour

Directions

  • Grind oats to flour or alternatively use oats flour
  • In a bowl add all the flour with salt
  • Add beaten yogurt, onion, coriander leaves, carrots and mix
  • Add water as required to form smooth batter of flowing consistency like dosa batter
  • Heat non stick pan, brush with oil
  • Pour laddle of batter and carefully quickly spread it evenly on tawa like round pancake
  • Smear oil on sides and little on chilla
  • Flip and cook on both sides until golden brown
  • Serve hot with sauce or chutney
