Take mixture jar put Soaked rice, cooked rice n grated coconut n water.
Then blend the rice into smooth paste then transfer the batter into the mixing bowl and mix well, gently pouring consistency.
Then add sugar n let it ferment overnight
Then in the morning add a pinch of baking soda n mix the batter well
Then put a pan on the flame n grease oil take a ladle of batter n put it on the pan and twirl the batter n cover the lid.
Simmer it for 2 minutes
Now for preparing stuff take a kadai put oil add onion n stir it till the raw smell of onion goes off
Add ginger and garlic paste n saute it now add all the chopped veggies mentioned in the stuffing Ingridients n add all spices like turmeric powder, coriander, red chili powder, tomato puree, soya sauce, garam masala, kasturi methi n coriander leaves
Now the stuffing is ready so now take the APPAMS and stuff it with the prepared stuffing n wrap it with silver foil to keep it soft and fresh for a longer period of time.
