Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Full fat yoghurt 500 gm

  • Blueberries 100 gm

  • Powdered sugar 3-4 tbsp

  • Pistachios slivers 2-3 tbsp

  • Almond slivers 2 tbsp

Directions

    Tie up yoghurt in a clean cloth and place it in a strainer with a bowl underneath it for collecting the whey.

    Keep it refrigerated for one day.

  • 03

    Make a puree of blueberries along with powdered sugar.

  • 04

    Add this to the hung curd and mix well.

  • 05

    Serve it chilled garnished with pistachio and almond slivers.
