Ingredients
Serves 6
Chicken boneless 300 gm
Ginger grated 1 tbsp
Garlic mince 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Mint leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Egg small 1
Onion chopped small 1
All purpose flour 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Water 1/4 cup
Oil for deep frying 2 cups
Directions
Knead a smooth dough using some salt, oil , yellow food colour and water.
Cover and keep it aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
Grind the boneless chicken along with all the other ingredients mentioned.
Do not use water at all.
Divide the dough into 3 parts and roll each into a thin disc.
Cut it into a rectangular shape next trimming the edges.
Now further cut into thin strips.
Make an oval shaped chicken honeybee from the grinded mixture.
Wrap two to three of the flour strips around each carefully.
Pinch it a bit to secure them.
Follow the same for all the honeybees.
Deep fry them on a medium high heat in batches of 2 or 3 until golden and crisp.
