Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 4tsp thick hung curd


  • 1tsp chopped capsicum


  • 1/2tsp chopped carrot


  • 1tsp grated cottage cheese


  • 1tsp grated cheese


  • 1tsp chopped onion


  • 1/3rd tsp salt


  • 1/4th tsp black pepper powder


  • 4tsp fine bread crumbs


  • 3tsp oil for shallow frying

Directions

  • Curd should be enough thick.hung it for 6-8hrs.
  • Mix all the ingredients except breadcrumbs in curd.
  • Mix very gently
  • Divide the mixture in equal proportions and make balls.
  • Roll these balls in breadcrumbs very nicely ,properly and gently.
  • Shallow fry them in a pan with the help of oil.
  • Serve hot with chutneys of your choice!
