Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups curd


  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise


  • 2 tbsp grated carrot


  • 2 tbsp boiled corn


  • 2-3 tbsp finely chopped cabbage


  • 2 tbsp chopped capsicum


  • 8 nos bread slices


  • 1/4 tsp pepper


  • 2 tbsp butter optional


  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  • place Muslin cloth on colander and add curd tie the cloth and keep it hanging for 2 hours until water drains completely from the curd, store The Hung curd until ready to use
  • in a bowl add hung curd and Mayonnaise and blend until creamy
  • add chopped veggies Salt and Pepper to curd mixture, mix well
  • spread 2 tbsp curd mixture on the bread and place another slice on it and press gently
  • cut the bread in triangles
  • Serve as is or optionally grill and serve. For grilling add butter to bottom and top edges of bread slices. Grill and serve
