place Muslin cloth on colander and add curd tie the cloth and keep it hanging for 2 hours until water drains completely from the curd, store The Hung curd until ready to use
in a bowl add hung curd and Mayonnaise and blend until creamy
add chopped veggies Salt and Pepper to curd mixture, mix well
spread 2 tbsp curd mixture on the bread and place another slice on it and press gently
cut the bread in triangles
Serve as is or optionally grill and serve. For grilling add butter to bottom and top edges of bread slices. Grill and serve
