Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup all purpose flour


  • 1 teaspoon baking powder


  • 30 grams unsalted cold butter cubes


  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder


  • 70 grams Mozzarella cheese


  • 1/4 Cup plus 2 tbsp cold buttermilk


  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar


  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  • For Topping::. 2 tbsp unsalted butter


  • 1 teaspoon parsley


  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic


  • 1/3 teaspoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon dill

Directions

  • in a bowl mix flour sugar salt baking powder well
  • add cold butter and using fork mix until the mixture is crumbly
  • add buttermilk and knead into a soft dough refrigerate dough for 15 to 30 minutes
  • preheat oven to 190° line the baking tray with parchment paper
  • dust the surface with flour, roll the dough into rectangular shape
  • cut rolled dough into equal small rectangular sizes cut the Mozzarella cheese in the same proportion for example if you have 10 rectangular pieces you need to have 10 rectangular Mozzarella cheese cubed
  • place the Mozzarella cheese at the centre of each rectangular piece and tightly seal the edges. shaped Like a ball. place on the baking tray leaving a gap between each balls
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown
  • Meanwhile melt the butter, add garlic powder, salt, dill and parsley to it
  • While garlic bombs are still hot, brush with the above melted butter. Serve hot
