in a bowl, add flour make three Wells . add sugar salt and yeast respectively, gently mix
add water and knead a soft dough
add butter and knead for 5 minutes. cover with a plastic wrap and keep in a warm place for 2 or 3 hours
prepare a baking tray
boil water with baking soda
preheat oven to 190 degree
gently deflate the dougg and knead for 3 minutes
dust the surface with flour divide the dough into equal portions take out one and cover the rest
roll the ball lengthwise as long as possible. make a u shaped of dough. place right over left. Knot once. Reverse and shape
place on the baking tray and cover it while making the rest to prevent drying
Add pretzels to boiling water and cook for 30 seconds ,flip and cook again for 30 seconds pretzels should not be boiled for more than a minute
drain and place on the baking tray give egg wash to all the pretzels Sprinkle sea salt and sesame seeds
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown serve warm best consumed on same day
