Ingredients

2 cups boiled slightly mashed boiled rice
1 nos chopped onion
1/2 cups chopped coriander
3/4 cups besan
1/2 tsp haldi
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 pinch salt to taste
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
2 cups oil for deep frying
Directions
1.Mix all the above ingredients and add slight water to make a batter like pakodas.
Deep fry the Fritters till golden brown and crispy.
serve with tomato ketchup
