Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups boiled slightly mashed boiled rice


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 1/2 cups chopped coriander


  • 3/4 cups besan


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder


  • 2 cups oil for deep frying

Directions

  • 1.Mix all the above ingredients and add slight water to make a batter like pakodas.
  • Deep fry the Fritters till golden brown and crispy.
  • serve with tomato ketchup
