Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Boiled potatoes 2 nos

  • soaked oats 1 cups

  • sooji 2 tsp

  • chopped veges like carrot and beans 1/2 cups

  • salt to taste 1 pinch

  • orego 1/2 tsp

  • For outer coating, water and corn starch slury, oats crushed 3-4 tbsp

  • Oil for Frying 2 cups

Directions

  • 01

    1.mix all the ingredients, add salt and shape them in desired cutlet shapes.

  • 02

    2.Dip the cutlets in corn slury and coat it over the crushed oats.

  • 03

    Fry the cutlets and serve hot with tomato Ketchup
