Boiled potatoes 2 nos
soaked oats 1 cups
sooji 2 tsp
chopped veges like carrot and beans 1/2 cups
salt to taste 1 pinch
orego 1/2 tsp
For outer coating, water and corn starch slury, oats crushed 3-4 tbsp
Oil for Frying 2 cups
1.mix all the ingredients, add salt and shape them in desired cutlet shapes.
2.Dip the cutlets in corn slury and coat it over the crushed oats.
Fry the cutlets and serve hot with tomato Ketchup
