Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 nos boiled potatoes


  • 1 cups soaked oats


  • 2 tsp sooji


  • 1/2 cups chopped veges like carrot and beans


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 1/2 tsp orego


  • 3-4 tbsp for outer coating, water and corn starch slury, oats crushed


  • 2 cups oil for frying

Directions

  • 1.mix all the ingredients, add salt and shape them in desired cutlet shapes.
  • 2.Dip the cutlets in corn slury and coat it over the crushed oats.
  • Fry the cutlets and serve hot with tomato Ketchup
