Ingredients

Serves 4

  • For wraps: rice flour, salt and warm water to knead the dough. 1 cups

  • For filling:Mushrooms chopped 1 cups

  • onions chopped 1 nos

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • cheese slice 1 nos

  • sugar 1/2 tsp

  • capsicum 1 nos

  • salt to taste 1 pinch

  • tomato ketchup. 1 tsp

  • oil to make the chapatis/ tortillas 3-4 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    To make the wraps, knead the dough with the given ingredients.

    Apply oil and make the tortillas ready. keep them in an air tight box .

  • 03

    to make the filling, add 1 tsp of oil in the pan, add red chilli powder, add the mushrooms and cook till water driesup, add all the other ingredients and make a dry filling.

  • 04

    to serve, heat the tortillas on the tawa? add the stuffing in the center and serve hot.
