Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup grated beetroot


  • 1 cup paneer


  • 1tsp grated garlic


  • 1 tsp mango powder


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 1tsp salt


  • 1/4 cup chopped cashew


  • 2 tsp crushed oats


  • Oil to fry 2 cups

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a big bowl
  • Make small balls with this
  • Place cashew in center and roll once again
  • Fry till crisp and golden
  • Drain out on tissue paper
  • Serve with cheesey dip
